Well I have bad news for you folks.

  1. Yay! A new post 🙂 I use honey for sweetening a lot because I like it (not necessary for health reasons) but I will check the article out anyway.

      I like the taste as well and I think honey can be really beneficial for things like allergies. But it’s the imported honey that could actually be dangerous. Bottom line…probably best to buy honey from a health food store that can vouch for its origin.

    food has become more and more dangerous. profits outweigh good nutrition it’s a wise consumer that’s a healthier consumer.

      Couldn’t have said it better myself Sarah. Nowadays we have to look out for ourselves. Our doctors are too busy and you can’t count on the FDA to protect us. Big box stores are great for discounts on t.v.s and computers but not our food supply.
